Community Builders

How you can help   Resource Agencies   Need Help?

Welcome to the Community Builders!

This unique club has been created by the Coalition for Compassion and Justice (CCJ) for the sole purpose of supporting CCJ's goal of helping the homeless, the working poor, and other low-income veterans, elderly families with children and disabled people in our community.

Our Community Builders believe as we do that:

  • Building a compassionate and just community can and should be done by the community members.
  • All the assets and resources to accomplish building a better community already exist; we simply need to work together.
  • No one in our community should go hungry and people should have a place to live and an opportunity to be self-sufficient.

Community Builders membership is composed of community members, including businesses, organizations and individuals who share our goals. Our three programs together with our Advocacy focus work diligently to respond to immediate needs, provide hope for the future and advocate for systemic change and social justice.

We want community partners to join us in our vision of a compassionate and just community that meets the basic needs of our neighbors.

What is involved to be a Community Builder Club member? To join, members pledge a minimum of $500 per year for three years, with a variety of options available to accomplish this. There are no scheduled meetings to attend, and you will receive our quarterly newsletter where you will be acknowledged as a valued contributor to help you keep abreast of happenings within the CCJ organization. For more information, contact Board President Buz Davies at President@YavapaiCCCJ.org

All contributions to CCJ are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
