Helping.org has assembled some excellent resources to help victims.

CraigsList has information on blood donations, monetary donations, and missing persons.

ExecSearches.com offers resources for blood, money and goods donations, as well as, airline and victim information, NYC hospitals and counseling centers, the justice department and links for tips on talking to children about tragedies.

ChangingOurWorld.com has an extensive list of relief funds, groups accepting material donations and additional organizations providing assistance.


Yahoo has a Full Coverage page that includes airline information, federal alerts, and information on cancellations of events.

Amazon.com has provided an easy way to contribute to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.

NOVA, the National Organization For Victim Assistance, has information on how to obtain survivor assistance from their "Crisis Response Teams".

FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Association, provides news, phone numbers, and general information on disasters.

World Vision gives general information and links to resources. They have also set up an American Relief Fund to help families in need.

The Red Cross provides info on how and where to donate blood. They also take monetary donations.
